I may be a bit of a homer but when the
University of
Cincinnati has beat a team like South Florida every year, and then walks into Morgantown, WV and beats up on
West Virginia, why is it that they still don’t receive the respect they deserve. When asked who win the Big East title most analyst still will contend that it will be
West Virginia…they just lost to the team who is currently in 1st place within the conference!!!As for the BCS as a whole, it disgust me to see so many well deserving teams left sitting on the curb as some dolled up princess team gets to go to the ball. If you want to know who the best team in the land is, let them meet on the field in a playoff format and once and for all quell the pundits who sit around for days to weeks trying to argue why someone else is better suited to go dancing.
